Fill out a visa for Cuba.
We send the visa for Cuba blank as standard. You must fill in all the necessary information on the visa yourself. It is important that you do not make any mistakes when completing the form.
You are not allowed to scratch or cross out the visa. If you don't want to take any risks, you can opt for our cheap completion service.
However, we do need a copy of your passport for the completion service. For every visa you order, we need a copy of the passport of the person who will use the visa.
When ordering, you can add a file to the visa order. This is only possible for the visa products with completion service. Upload the file with the copy of the passport for each visa ordered.
This may be a photo taken with your mobile phone or a copy/scan. As long as the data is clearly legible.
To complete the form we must be able to read; first name, last name, date of birth, passport number and nationality. All other data may be shielded.
Don't have the copies immediately at hand? No problem, you will receive a confirmation email of your order, you can send an email back with the copies.
When completing the visa, we only fill in the first name as it appears in the passport. This is not a problem and is accepted in Cuba.
Passport or identity card?
An identity card is not sufficient to travel to Cuba. You must have a passport for international travel.
We will enter your passport number on the visa. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after departure from Cuba. So make sure that your passport has a long enough shelf life.
When you fill out the form, we do not know when you will travel to Cuba and how long your passport must be valid. As a rule, we do not check the validity of your passport for this reason. If we notice that your passport is about to expire, we will inform you.
Safety when sending your passport.
Safety is very important, especially when it comes to your travel document. The files are uploaded via a secure connection (SSL), which can be recognized by the lock in the address bar. The files then end up with us, but on Shopify's servers. Shopify has very high security and their servers are equipped with all kinds of protections.
The copies are automatically deleted from the servers after a short period of time.
We therefore do everything we can to make this process as safe as possible.
Some more tips for the copy.
- Hide your BSN number, we don't need it.
- Write the text on your copy: "for Cubavisa Infill Service".
- Use the government app to make a copy safely.
- Feel free to screen off data that we do not need.
