You get the full order amount minus shipping costs credited. In case we paid for the shipment, we credit the full order amount minus € 5,00. Make sure the product is returned to Cuba Visa in its original condition and packaging.
Once we received the product in good order we will refund the amount within 14 days.
Exceptions
Returning a visa is not possible when it is already completed.
