Book an excursion in Cuba

Booking Information

After booking the excursion you automatically receive a receipt of your booking. We will directly start working for you and within 24 hours you will receive the confirmation email of the booking and you can find the voucher all ready in your account.

Voucher

You can find all the necessary information for the excursion in your voucher. This includes the time and location where the excursion begins. The voucher must be printed out and you have to bring it with you to Cuba. At the start you have to check in at the Cuba Incentives office in the Bacardi building (2nd floor, office 207).

Create an Account

Creating an account is mandatory for booking an excursion. During checkout you can easily create an account. It’s necessary to create an account, in order to download the voucher of your booking as soon as it has been confirmed. It’s also possible to cancel your booking in your account.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel the booking of your excursion up to 5 days before the start date of the excursion free of charge. We will refund you the full amount within 14 days. If you cancel the booking later than 5 days before the start date, we will charge the full amount of the cancellation fee.

If you do not show up at the pre-arranged time and date (no show) it is not possible to request a refund for the excursion.

Credit card surcharges are not refunded in case of cancellation.
